Step - 1

Step - 2

After re- login you will get message on the screen that your application form has been registered successfully. Candidates have to fill their personal detail on application form page. In this page candidate have to fill information such as father and mother name, date of birth, category, qualification details, residential address (to be used for verification) and other details. After filling up all the relevant information candidate have to select JIPMER MBBS 2015 exam center from the drop down menu.

Applicant can opt for three Exam Cities only
The allotment of Exam City would be as per the order of preference clicked by applicant during on-line registration
Normally the first preference would be allotted. JIPMER, depending upon local conditions, reserves the right to allot any other Exam City other than the preferences given by the applicant
No request for change of center would be considered under any circumstances
The Exam City preference is only indicative and subject to change; Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research retains the final decision on the same and its allotment
If seats for Entrance Exam are unavailable in above chosen 3 exam cities, nearby (exam) Cities will be considered for venues
In case of any unforeseen circumstances the Exam City can be cancelled at any point of time and a new exam city can be allotted with due intimation in newspapers / website

Step - 4
Click on upload button to upload photograph and signature for JIPMER MBBS 2015 entrance exam. The image uploaded should be as per the given instructions for JIPMER MBBS 2015 exam.
NOTE: The Photograph for JIPMER MBBS 2015 application form must be snapped with a placard. Colour passport size photograph with light background is required. Black & White / Polaroid photographs are not acceptable. Photograph must be taken on or after January 31, 2015.
The placard is being held by the candidate indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph. The name and date on the photograph should be legible. If name and date are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected.
Step - 5
Candidates are advised to check all the entered detail. After previewing all detail click on submit button to generate JIPMER MBBS 2015 application form. The system generated application form will be in PDF Format. Take the printout of the JIPMER MBBS 2015 application form for future reference. This Final Applicant Details screen will contain application number, applicant name, and details entered during form filling process.
